Privacy policy — MYEG BIR autofill
For the Chrome extension “Accounting Hub – MYEG BIR autofill”, published by Fynlo Accounting. Last updated 14 August 2026.
What the extension is
An internal tool for Fynlo Accounting staff. It copies tax-payment details the firm's own Accounting Hub already holds into the BIR payment form on myeg.ph, so staff don't retype them. It works only on accountant.fynloapps.com and myeg.ph, and does nothing on any other site.
What data it handles
One pending payment at a time, consisting of: a client's name, taxpayer identification number (TIN), branch code, revenue district office (RDO), BIR form type, filing period, and the payment amount. This data comes from the staff member's own signed-in Accounting Hub session — the extension collects nothing from the pages it runs on and nothing about browsing.
Where it goes, and where it does not
- It travels between two tabs of the same browser: from the Accounting Hub tab into the MYEG payment form the staff member is looking at.
- The extension makes no network requests. Nothing is sent to Fynlo, to the extension's developer, or to any third party. The only party that receives the data is MYEG itself, when the staff member reviews the filled form and chooses to submit it — exactly as if they had typed it.
- Nothing is sold, shared, or used for any other purpose.
How long it is kept
The pending payment is held in the extension's local storage for at most 30 minutes — long enough to survive MYEG's sign-in redirect — and is deleted as soon as the form is filled, or when it expires, whichever comes first. The extension keeps no history, no logs of past payments, and no credentials of any kind.
What it never does
- Never presses Confirm & Pay — submitting a payment is always the staff member's own click.
- Never completes MYEG's security check.
- Never signs in to anything, and never sees, stores, or handles passwords.
